Hi guys,

Well I'm new on here, and what is the first thing I do, but post a whole load of rides up!!! Was pointed in the direction of this forum as being a nice friendly place, so thought I'd come say hello.

Anyway, I've organised a few rides coming up, trail centre stuff, so if anyone wants to join in, please feel free:

Mostly they're the right level for folks who are reasonable competent bikers, but wanting to get more experience on trail centres red riding.

Sat 27th Sept: Glentress Red arrive 10.30 set off 11, this is open to folk who're ready to move onto the red having done blue level riding a fair amount, so is likely to be a very pootly ride.

Sat 11th Oct: Mabie Red ride arrive 12 noon, set off 12.30. Standard red ride, might be some folk reasonably new to red routes on this, but I don't expect anyone who's never ridden a red type ride before (I hope!)

Sun 12th Oct: new to mountain biking blue ride at Glentress, this is currently full (don't want to take too many newbie riders out in one go) but if you know anyone who's keen to get out and try mountain biking, who's competent on a bike, but just not done any off roading let me know and I can stick them on the wait list.

Sun 26th Oct Innerleithen XC: arrive 11.30 set off 12 noon. Standard red XC ride round inners (can throw teh black bit at plora craig in, as the trails join back up on this section).

I expect the pace to be reasonably flowing for the mabie and inners rides, but likely to be slower on the GT rides, and very pootly on the beginners ride.

Tali

no idea what dalby red/black are like in comparison, but I'm sure you'll be fine! everything is rollable or has escape routes, but also there are some really really fun bits (that I don't do!) Laughing Laughing if you'd rather do them!

PM me your email and I'll send you my mobile number and stuff.
