Just noticed yesterday when I was in Westbrooks Bike Shop in Stokesley, that they have a flyer in the window advertising training rides from the Bluebell Hotel car park in Acklam.

These rides start at 0900 or 0930 on Saturdays and Sundays and are aimed at all levels and taken by qualified cycling coaches.

Sorry, but that's all the info I can remember, maybe worth giving Westbrooks a ring if your interested. There was a phone number on the sheet that you can ring to speak to the guy who is organising these rides.

get your self's along lads, you can meet some great cyclists on things like this and if there's alot of people, well riding in a big pack is something a realy love
