Tortec Razer Guards Review

Rating: 10/10

Bought these Tortec Razer Gaurds after deciding to commute more on my Giant Defy 2 through the Winter months and also hoping to get out more on the bike rather than using the turbo when it's wet.
If you know anything about the Defy range, one thing is very apparent and that is that there is very little tolerance for fitting full mudgaurds. Giant do their own range but reviews online don't really rate them unless you switch to a smaller tyre than the stock one.
These Tortec gaurds are just the job, they are not full fitting but after 2 weeks use and some really shocking flooding in this area, and really dirty, muddy roads, they have proved to be just the job and well worth money.
Very, very easy to fit, and I have fitted quite a lot of mudgaurds in all my years of riding.
Certainly would be easy to put on and take off if that was your game but I'm just going to leave them on, very unobtrusive and not that heavy. Can't comment on how a "following" rider would find them but they certainly keep the road spray off me.
Been down some very poor quality roads since I fitted them and no problems whatsoever, still as fitted, no noise and no tyre rub, that can only be a good thing.
I've scored them a 10 out of 10 as they really are a good mudgaurd for the price and very effective, plus as I've said, I have a lot of experience with mudgaurds.
