Just want to say a big thanks to everyone that turned up this sunday. I think everyone involved had a good time and it great to see how everyone's fitness has improved so much.

i have posted a few photo's so you can all see how it was....Enjoy Very Happy

At the start.....ready for the off.....

after the first main climb and warm up single track..

first fun descent....

1 second off Shaun and ANOTHER tumble, Bloody sPuds Wink Well done to Sarah for taking us boys on just in front of shaun's tumble

the new use for the multi tool, poor Ollie's Shock decided to give up the ghost after 8 miles

getting towards the end....thank god Wink matt-will followed by ollie ( knackered but still going strong-even on his new hard tail Rolling Eyes ) and then everyone else

but for me man of the match goes to David, rode everything, plodded on and to be honest probably had the shortest rest and then told us to get on with it...... What a man Cool

Great day many thanks Paul......

Nice photos, thanks to everyone for a good day out, and cheers again to Paul for the lift over.

I was completely knackered later on like, an early night was called for - 23 miles through Dalby proved hard work!

thanks for the write up Paul and the compliment, the cheque is in the post Laughing
had a great day out, not really wanting to repeat the distance and terrain without full suspension, don't know if it was the curry on sunday night or the saddle that made my rear ache......
didn't stop for the rests at the end of the sections as i was not sure i could lift my leg to get back on the bike!
oh to be 50 again !

excellent photos & write up, cheer to Paul for arranging this, the dalby red route is also in April's Mountain biking UK magazine, in the trail master section, got a good write up, apart from the toll charge.
