I mostly ride at chicksands on the dual slalom , 4x ,pump tracks and mini downhill tracks. So it made sense ( ive always wanted a 4x bike anyway) .i Sold my banshee spitfire a while ago and was looking for a cheap hardtail to have some fun on.
I got the bike secondhand for a great price , stripped and rebuilt it with other parts. Only original parts left are the frame, fork, wheels and headset lol. Still worked out a complete bargain.
Its 90% going to be used for going fast downhill , railing berms and jumping but as im pretty short if i need to i can get the saddle high enough to use as a trail bike.
Finished it today ( its my birthday so got the last few parts) and took it out in the woods on the hill behind my house. Its awesome fun. Im at chicksands sunday and may try the new pump track at thetford on monday.
Latest finished build pictures from todays ride.
I have just uploaded these images:

Looks great and the bits of purple touch complement the black frame.
