Hey am I being retarded Iv got Shimano Deore BR-M416a brakes that came standard with my bike. They have resin original pads in them ATM and gonna change them to kevlar or sintered pads.

The question is if I do change them do I have to change the rotors?
Also what do ppl think of the Deore BR-M416?

No you dont have to change rotors.

As for the upgrade to BB7, no real point. If you are going to upgrade go hydraulic. But only if you can afford a half decent set. Circa 100-120. (eg..Shimano Deore M596)
