Thankyou! Didn't use those tbh Will, they're not needed for a lower leg oil/seals change - one of them is for the rear shock kit, one is for the fork.
The one for the fork can be used for the air chamber and to lube the foam seals.....tbh as you see, I just soaked them in float fluid prior to fitting, I thought this a much easier option than trying to get the pillow inside the fork once the foams were in!!

What a brilliant thread!
Just read through the whole thing and it's very informative. I've definitely added to my knowledge of bikes from this thread. It makes stripping down and refitting everything look so easy.

I can't wait for the bit on the rear shock!
- I ride a hardtail so I don't even need to know how to service one but it's all just so interesting.

Well done mate, top thread!

Wheeled it out the other day and gave it a bit of a clean and spruce ready for when I can ride it again (hopefully not too long now!!).

Hope BB is in, new pedals on and new tyres on too. All cleaned and with a generous coating of the ever faithful cherry silicone spray!!

Had thought about going 1x10 as some of you know, but have put that on hold for now.....prob looking at six weeks of no activity by the time I can ride it again, so lardarse here may need all the help he can get gear wise lol!! Razz Razz
