Hi guys
just a line or two to introduce mysself I'm 67 years old retired,and have just taken up mountain biking following a heart attack earlier this year,I have given up the dreaded weed and am trying to regain some form of fittness,
I have been told by my Dr to take it nice and steady,so I have purchased a cheats mountain bike.(eg electric help when needed) 
I have been out for about 3hours today and am enjoying my new found freedom. hope to get to know some of you guys,

Welcome to the forum 
I'd be interested in seeing some bike of of your electric mountain bike. Saw one in the shop in dalby and was expecting the battery and the like to be bigger. I shouldn't really be surprised now you can fit them inside a seat tube ...
