You're getting old - deal with it Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

bit of loose cartilage perhaps ?

Happens with me a lot - it goes away in time

You have been overdoing it of late with those speedy tyres

Hate to say it, but Threevok might be right. Wear & tear doesn't happen to the bike alone. all the accessories get wear over time.
Good news is... It's better than sitting in a room rusting away & if it continues to bother you, then the doc should be able to fix it. Smile

I was diagnosed with Arthritis in my knees at the age of nine - which was hard back then as they didn't even believe you could have it at that age.

I find that it's worse if I DON'T go out on the bike regularly.

Over the years, it has spread to other areas. That, plus the fact my spine is crumbling, means I get out as much as I can, while I still can.

Suggest you ALL do the same Cool

Go to doctors if the pain persists and setup your bike again to fit you from scratch.

Bloody things.

I spent a week trying to catch a bloke, I saw each day in front of me, on the final climb of my commute - only to find he had one of those infernal monsters !!!

Evil or Very Mad

It's gone back into place - it may come out again

If the problem persists, your doctor may refer you to have it "scraped".

A common op - especially amongst old rugby players.

Not had it done myself, but I still fit on down the club as I have the same scar from when I had the Titanium nail put in Laughing
