In following from my other thread in the MTB section about my new carbon forks, her are the wheels I ordered from the same place. These took a bit longer to arrive because they got held up in customs for a bit longer than the forks but anyway they arrived safe and sound.

First run out on them yesterday and im impressed, the rims are wide and a proper aero shape, they get to 28mm and back down to 25mm at the bead and im running them with 23 tyres.

The reason I went with these over some of the other manufacturers were some of the details these have built into them, they seem to be a really premium product and were beautifully finished. The rims have a titanium wire inside of the clincher beads to aid with impact resistance and tension in the rim, the void in the rim also has a filler material in the edges to eliminate that pea on a drum hollow sound you get with a lot of cheap carbon rims. The other aspect I likes was they have basalt moulded into the braking tracks, this provides a high resistance to wear and improved friction of the pads, special pads were also included, as were a few spare spokes and some Ti skewers.

Sorry, just the one crappy phone pic for now.

You can also see my new carbon post (also from the same place)

Cheers, I think it looks quite fast at the moment, loving my blue bar tape.

Gunner, I know you are a fellow cannondale fan, have you ever had a look on qwertycycles for all the genuine 'dale parts?

The only other bit I've got my eye on changing in the short term is some posher cranks, I would love the tarantula ones but they are a bit pricey.
