Its in about 5mm from the max, one of the many joys of having a 37" inside leg Rolling Eyes

Thats why i find it so hard to gauge bike size, if I get a frame to suit my inside leg/height its normally way too long. If I size down to get a comfy reach I struggle to fit my legs.

Got rid of it.

On the lookout for another full sus xc rig, probably going to go for one of the new Scott's if I can put up with the estimated wait of 3 months. Shocked

Great looking bike I agree, I knew I was on the upper limit size wise when I got it and just never clicked into place. It just felt a bit cramped in the TT and as pointed out above the seat post was on the limit too.

Evans were great, they offer a 30day no quibble return policy and I would of taken the next size up but because there were none in stock they just gave me a full refund Shocked , no one can argue with that I suppose. The guy said they just sell the bikes as ex demonstrators.

None of the 2017 top fuels tickle my fancy unfortunately, they all come with fox 32's and from experience I think they're a terrible fork. The new fuel EX could be a contender but they are soo heavy its untrue, they seem to have moved them away from xc/trail and mode into the harder hitting segment and ruined them I think.

New Scalpels are nice too but you have to spend a few quid to get one with semi decent bits.

Could still be interested in the Spesh Epic but the geometry seems a bit dated by modern standards.

haha

Another Trek, but a carbon one this time (and 27.5 wheels) its a Fuel but last years one because i think its better geo and way lighter.

120 travel, dropper post and carbon. It should be a weapon.
