Hi guys
well as you can guess im new here and also new to mountain biking after a ten year absense.
anyways had a search around but could not find the answer i'm looking for
looking at getting a new bike in the new year.
i have narrowed it down to two i like
spec' rockhopper comp '09
or
trek 6300 '09
both look similar spec but would like sum input from you guys if thats ok??
looking around 600-750 quid mark.

Welcome to the forum, for me it would the Specialized, with the Trek you'd get a slighty better frame, but the componants aren't quiet as good overall. Then again, you can't go wrong with either. _________________ http://www.flickr.com/photos/msjharper/ < My Flickr

I'd go for the Rockhopper, it's a classic design from one of the original mtb manafacturers, it does exactly what it say's on the box and is generally bulletproof.

yeh the rockhopper realy is a classic, i see loads of people on them and wouldnt mind one maself
