Tell me about it Grant, I'll be glad when next year comes and we can get the evening road rides back up and running. I enjoyed them and your fitness soon started to pick up with them as well. Wink

yeah tell me about it
on the turbo trainer every other night now so should shortly start to see some results out on either bike shortly ,
well i bloody hope so
been using H/R watch as well, starting to get my heart rate down wich is good
noticed last night my maximum was down on last weeks session at the same intensity i was .
up to 20 miles on it 1 hour 8 mins
not too bad add a further two miles per session , but trying to keep the same intensity all the way through the session .

I am not going to make Sunday, but will keep my eye on the forum for the next ride.

I am out on the road most Sundays for 30 to 40 miles setting off from Ingleby Barwick if anyone fancies a few miles - just post on the forum or PM me.

Grant - if you fancy a few miles on a Sunday morning let me know. I am no great shakes on the bike, usually averaging between 15-17mph depending on where I go. I am trying to get some miles in over the winter to make the sportives I plan to ride next year a bit less painful Wink .
