Mally, climbing the Incline makes climbing the Unsuitables seem like doing a downhill section. It is a very rewarding feat to get as far as the "gate", which John mentions.

The problem is, you have to stop to get through the gate, the steepness makes getting back on and pedallingto get started, exceptionally difficult, but possible................ Confused Confused Confused Confused

Don't let any of that put you off though, you are more than capable and it's all ruddy good fun Very Happy Very Happy

And always remember, where we go up we have to come back down at some point Wink

See you there
Very Happy

Come on Matt, at least there's Turkey Nab to come down Shocked and Middle Head is a very, very fast descent Twisted Evil Twisted Evil , plus descending Park Nab tarmac section (potential 35mph++) is superb especially if there's some competition, and made extremely evil by the threat of wandering sheep Laughing Laughing

Can't commit to it yet - think I'm going to go to Dalby the Sunday before to test ride some Specializeds so might not be able to get out the week after - will see nearer the time though.

I was just lookin at Hamsterley trailblazers site and for their monthly club ride in May they're having an 'away day'. Do you fancy doing something similar for a forum ride later in spring?

Well just keep your eyes on the "Organise A Ride" section, I hope to be posting up some more Sunday Rides and it wouldn't hurt me to duplicate these Forum Rides if it gets people out riding. You know me Gouldy, I like to get the miles in Wink
