Interesting...remote levers seem to be stocked as spares for Marzocchi, Fox & Rockshox, but I can't see any for the Manitou.

Is it a simple cable?

If so then almost any cable control lever would work?

You can download the Manitou service manual for your model here
http://www.manitoumtb.com/helpdesk.asp

and they have a list of part numbers in the back which you need to find a Manitou stockist to sell to you.
Their site lists their UK distributor as
Hotlines Europe Ltd.
Harbour Lane Studio
Harbour Lane
South Queensferry EH30 9PT United Kingdom
info@hotlines-uk.com
www.hotlines-uk.com
0131 319 1444
0131 319 2070

Hope this helps

Whilst I have no experience of the Manitou forks, I reckon as MartinK has already said, it may be that any remote lever will work, its only a gear cable and a lever, the cable if its anything like my old Reba's just wrap round the top of the fork and a locked in with a allen key.
