Yes, I agree, I favour the pull up over the chin up feeling that it does my back more benefit, god to realise why!!!

I've also never understood why people raise their legs when benching, I must admit to trying it in my youth, but once was enough, I was lolling all over the place Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes
