Pure class! It was one of these that got me back into mountain biking. Now I'm 5 years down the line and have spent a rather worrying sum on new bikes, upgrades, race entry fees, travel around the country, etc.

Don't regret it for one second. Very Happy

Does the carbon seatpost flex any? Got exactly the same bike and its set up very stiff, was wondering whether the seatpost made it a bit more forgiving? Was thinking of a carbon post or even just going down a couple of sizes and using a shim.

only just fitted the post but on yesterdays ride i did defo feel more flex than before. funny as i was noticing it when riding and only just realized what it was after you question..
