I had wanted to get up in the woods this morning as JohnC was riding out from the Centre with a posse organised, but, best laid plans and all that Crying or Very sad

So, managed to get out for an hour on the road bike, it was very blowy and a bit like hard work, but boy was I glad I did. Coming out of Stokesley I saw 2 guy's ahead of me on road bikes going at a very respectable pace, and so the heat was on Twisted Evil

It took me until Arcadia nursery until I could get on to their back wheel, and a few more seconds before I could muster that second wind to get off the wheel and push past.

Just the ideal thing for a Sunday morning when you haven't much time but want a good rewarding ride, certainly felt I'd done something aerobic by the time I got home Very Happy

hi Gunner,

you missed a good ride this morning thanks to paulb, about 7 of us turned up today. Not sure on what route we took, think paulb could prob explain better than me.

Damn,

I was gutted that I couldn't get along this morning, what made it even worse was that today was the first time on the bike in the last week, and I won't get on it again until next Sunday it seems Rolling Eyes
