Has anyone replaced shifters and are they easy to fit? I was out to day and the bottom half of my rhs shifter pod just fell out Crying or Very sad . I am running deore 9 speed and was just going to repalce with the same.

Should be easy enough Greg if you're replacing with the same type. Could be fiddly when it comes to the cables though. Just remember to re index your gears when done Wink

Yes Greg, they're pretty easy to fit, providing you allow yourself enough time. Indexing shouldn't really be that much of a problem, and it's a good oppurtunity to give your new cable a good oiling as you route it.
