Nice local route listed in this issue of Cycling Weekly, why not pop into a local newsagents and check it out, along with the route map there is also a description and a guide as to what sort of times you should be doing it in.

Looking at it, it's not that easy a route and has plenty of climbs that would benefit any MTB rider.
