Righto, if you've got someone else going with you Shaun (I keep spelling your name this way conscious that it could well be Sean - please put me right if I'm getting it wrong!) then I'll drive myself and take my bike too, saves a bit of to and fro. If he's not coming with you then I'll jump in with you and meet at yours, just let me know. I'll PM you my mobile number in a minute.

Graham - if I'm driving I'll be in a blue Megane (fat a**e shape).

Sounds good to me.

Paul - I think it's me you're picking up and my bike's going in Shaun's van, but sounds like it'll be in Guis, not Nunthorpe, if that's OK. I'll PM you and Shaun my address and mobile in a second. What time are you aiming to be in Guis?

Cheers

Had a fantastic day at dalby thanks to all looking forward to doing it all again as I'm a sucker for punishment. Mad Time taken about 4.40 hrs with a few stops for repairs and each other great day out. Laughing Shoulders seem to be hurting more than usual is that with amount of time riding or bike set up Question

Hi Gouldy! Dalby red route is fantastic but a bit hard going in places, I did it last october I think it was about 23-25 miles and it knocked the stuffing out of my shoulders, arms and wrists. I have my saddle height very high so this tends to put most of my weight onto my arms, I rode it on my Scott hard tail but have now changed my bike to a full susser and what a difference it made no more aches and pains.
Glad to see you enjoyed Dalby.

hi all, had a good day out with you all sunday, thanks for waiting at the end of each section - or was i just letting you have a rest break as i have mine while i ride Rolling Eyes
definately think the route was designed by manufacturers wanting to sell more full suspension bikes
