Well, I had intended to be in Lidl at 0830 this morning for the bargains but there was no way I was walking 2 mile and back in that rain, from work Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

So imagine my surprise when I called in after work at 1830 to find only one pair of the MTB shoes left, in a size 11, luckily Laughing Laughing Laughing

For £15 they are well worth it, and talking of well worth it, I also managed to pick up a nice seatpost bag with quick release clamp for £4.99, which I needed as I lost mine last week. And imagine my surprise when I got home and found it was not also extremely more spacious than I thought, but it also contained in a seperate compartment a nifty little tool set, including a chain tool as well as a puncture outfit complete with tyre levers..........bargain Cool Cool


According to the lad I know who works in there, the cycle gear was absolutely flying off the shelves................

yeh me & sue, went up yesterday morning, sue got a pair of shoes, i got some of the baggy shorts, excellent bargain.

Went this morning to the leeds one as is the closest to me and there was hardly anything left managed to get some socks but was tempted by the shoes for the misses.

we gave the place a good hammering too.


i got a new jacket (£7.99) and two pairs of summer socks(£1.99). Helen my wife got jacket in the yellow(£7.99) a pair of shoe's (£14.99) and a basket!!!!


She got there at 11.00 and she said it looked like a bomb had dropped!!!!!!

all the good stuff had gone Rolling Eyes
