What a shocking last kilometre
Denis Menchov slithering off, & still winning the 'GC'
The mechanic was brilliant though, he had a bike off the roof before Menchov had even finished sliding!
Bradley Wiggins missed out on winning the stage by one measly second

| Very slick bike change but TBH, if I were the mechanic, I'd be sitting on the open window with the spare bike on my shoulder - those wet cobbles look a bit 'any moment now' on a full-on time trial bike!! |
