Got it! Very Happy Very Happy

Stanchions are a little stiff and a little rusty Crying or Very sad
Brakes work, front tyre holds air, grips are broken, twistgrip gear shifter twists.

This was what i was thinking, its just the costs though, new hubs/ wheels, bottom brackets, cranks, not looked into it properly.. just guessing really.

SS conversion kit on ebay , remove the front chainrings and get a chain tensioner and youre done Very Happy

The bike is in a messy corner of the garden at the moment. Confused

It just looks like the chain and stanchions are rusty, think the seat post is just pulled to far up.

Hope to have a good look and a fiddle on Sunday. Very Happy
