Just floating the idea of an evening road ride some time over the next 2-3 weeks. Don't need to be on a road bike to do it, and pace would be quite relaxed over a distance of about 20-25 mile. Looking at a relatively level route with some easy climbs.

I would propose starting at Yarm railway station, with it's adequate parking for anybody wanting to get to the start by car. Looking for a 1800hrs start.

Head off towards Richmond, turn off for Great Smeaton. At Great Smeaton turn off for Appleton Wiske, follow on to Crathorne and then head for Hutton Rudby. Through Rudby heading for Hilton but turn off for Foxton Bridge and head for Kirklevington Prison, turn left at same for Yarm Station.

Just to repeat that the pace will be "Easy" for this ride.

I will post further, or not Laughing depending on the response.......

Cheers. Wink

Great, hopefully I'll set a date that's mutually convenient.

Would be great if we could get a lovely warm evening Wink

Fantastic ride that, put a bit of pressure on the bruised ribs on those 2 climbs but I think it's just what they needed to aid recovery Confused Confused

Great company on a great route, the miles just flew by, pleasure to meet you Harry.
