Agreed, that's the one I've got.

You can pick them up for as little as a fiver when SJS have them on auction listing. Wink

I have one of these. It's good and often gets recommended.

http://www.edinburghbicycle.com/ebwPNLqrymode.a4p?f_ProductID=5379&f_F ullProductVersion=1&analyticsHelperTag_origin=home&analyticsHelperTag_ group=new

They usually have them in the sale. I got mine for less than £50.

Is there any real need? There's always something to lean a bike on!

I knew that would be a typical reply. well, you know, for those times you are using the bike to get into the city etc and you just need to stand it up etc.?

just wondering if there any high end ones? light weight, not too obvious etc?

But is there any times in town riding where you'd leave your bike anywhere (well, anywhere you'd leave it stood up) without securing it though?

Personally I feel there's no benefit to a stand when extra weight and altering the lines of the bikes contours are concerns, there doesn't seem to be more pro's than con's.
