I came across a really good website the other day. Here's a link to the site
http://www.fatsecret.com/ bit of a dodgy name but it offers lots of things. Register for free and access loads of recipes and save any you like to your online cookbook. Lots of other features like food diary, exercise diary, challenges, diet journal, forum, diet types to choose from etc etc.

Really is worth checking out IMO and it's 100% free. Hope it helps you out and best of luck with the weight loss.

If you need motivation and diaries, MyFitnessPal is good. Can scan food on your phone to record too.

Yeah I use that app on my iPad. Just thought the website was good for the huge amount of recipes and the other things they offer that MyFitnessPal doesn't offer.
