They go between 80mm and 135, I usually have them around 100mm which is the frames max beyond that it lifts too much when you ride an will over stress the frame

So, what do you do while your full of cold? Of course, go do some work on the bike of course!

Fitted the forks i picked up. Had fun fitting them forgot that the new ones are post mount not IS, thankfully id accidentally bought on ages ago so all systems go on that one

Also popped the new rear mech on, not adjusted it at all my heads all over the shop it took me half an hour to remember how to route the chain round it! Sorry for the bad photos i will sort out some better ones.
Also how close should the discs be? they nearly touch my forks!

Old next to new

after that i gave up came in and had what was apparently chicken soup, no idea couldnt smell or taste it!

Th silver does looks really good on those frames! shame i couldnt get it in silver at the time.

Been round a few places of late, Chicksands which is fast but flat, Aston Hill which is slow full of razor edge flint and roots an more woburn. Not done a huge amount got a new crankset. Set of SLX's and a new tyre after shredding it on Aston

Well ive been busy hammering around trails and wheezing my way up hills

Not a massive amounts changed more just me pushing my limits, SLX crankset dropper post and the maxxis crossmark up front which is going because I swear it wants to kill me. Ill find something chunky for the front that doesnt mind sand and mud.

Bike as it is now

remote twiddly thingy

Has juts a bit Gary, more crazy stuff to come no doubt.

Got a little bit muddy yeasterday and did some rather painful singletrack, painful as in diving through brambles nettles and gorse. Still, it was fun and i lived though my arms and legs look like ive been playing with klittens and i managed to twonk a sign at a bit of speed which make a lovely clang off the bar end.

When we got there the heavens had just opened as the trails are pretty much all sand its great to have a little grip on climbs. My riding buddy was going on about how his crossmarks had been amazing at Aston and Chicksands and was looking forward to Woburn, hes now looking for better tyres Laughing

Im also tempted to get a rubber queen or what ever they renamed it to up front. The Panaracer is brilliant everywhere but sand. my rear RQ just grips everything and sheds very quickly only downside is its stupidly draggy on roads but meh.

Nothings really changed on the bike swapped the bars back to the narrower carbons feels more controllable for me now. I need to shorten the front brake hose and attach it to the fork somehow its flapping and annoying me. Grips are wearing shockingly quick for some reason and my seat wont stop squeaking tried grip paste and lith grease it still does it Evil or Very Mad

Anyway shot from when i got back last week should have done some trail ones theres a gorgeous heather patch ill nab next weekend though
