.. lookin at a 2005 Shogun Sport this weekend

Anyone got one or had any experience of them ?

Had loads of 4x4s over the years, just not one of these Wink

A mate had one maybe 3 years ago, expect around 25 mpg on diesel . He liked his for the short time he had it with no problems

A "Gypsy" friend of mine had one, never had any bother with theirs, seemed to be very reliable and was always lugging their caravans all over the shop with it. Can't speak for fuel economy, only know they never had any bother and they had it quite a while, probably still got it now, just haven't seen them for about a year.

Cheers boys Wink ... tho I've had a change of circumstances and can now afford to go newer Very Happy

So now lookin at the new shape L200's Wink ... be a bit better than my Leon FR for carrying mtb's Laughing

Yeah, the Hi-Lux is legendary and bomb proof, but unfortunately they have all been to the moon and back in my price range Confused

and in the real world, the Navara is very heavy on fuel even in this class! .. also I looked very hard into the Nissan Pathfinder, crackin lookin motor, but waaaay too many engine, and more common, clutch failure issues resulting in mahoooosive repair bills Confused ...

The Mitsi keeps rising to the top and ticks all the box's at the mo, tho I need to drive a couple first Wink
