Having passed my MTB coaching course this past weekend, I am keen to start using flats more, especially though the winter. I have some Nukeproof pedals but they don't work at all well with my 'trainer style' Gore-Tex shoes (obviously).

Can anyone recommend something please, no bothered about the cost, just need something very 'sticky', ideal for usage in mud would be nice and waterproof another bonus. Won't be using them on long rides though and just to be used on my ti hardtail.

Ta.

Check out Shimano AM41 or Five Ten models

You'll probably get the AM41's for sub £50

Waffle sole Vans are the ticket.

(or basically any other flat sole skate type shoe)
