I have a Whyte 901 (2012) which I have owned since new, basically I have ridden the rear hub and rim in to the ground! There is play in the rear wheel and I have been advised to replace the rim and hub. Current set up is:

26 Inch Wheel
Alloy Double Sealed Bearing Hub 32 hole
Mavic XM 119 Rim
10 Speed with Shimano XT Cassette & Shimano Floating Rotors

I'm looking to buy a compatible rear wheel and hub, will be used mainly as a winter hack so budget would be around £120.

Recommendations would be great as i'm unsure what would be compatible with my bike!

if its a Mavic hub the bearings are a doddle to change and will cost you about £12.00 from your local bearing supplyer or LBS
instructions are on the Mavic web site
