Distance 671.6 mi
Time 72h 59m
Elev Gain 39,718 ft
Rides 127

Includes commuting (because I don't know how to exclude it) and is about 6 months worth. I lost 3 weeks of December to a car accident but still exceeded my arbitrary target for the year. I'm hoping for 1200 miles in 2017.

Distance 7,887.7 mi
Time 512h 53m
Elev Gain 415,023 ft
Rides 306

Pretty pleased with those statistics despite not getting out for a lot of "long", 100 mile plus rides that I had planned. Mid year I seemed behind target on the distance challenge that I had set myself but managed to pull myself round from September onwards.

Completing all the Strava climbing challenges certainly helped with the elevation gain. Wink

Didn't do/record many rides this year (outside of normal commutes). Hope to get a bit more done on 2017.

Strava is for Roadies and Poofs.
Which are one and the same thing really.
People are becoming slaves to anything computerised and record everything they do in life.
Don't be a Roadie.
Don't be a Poof.
Don't be a Robot.
Climb on your MTB,hit the trails ,worry not about mileage and enjoy yer self.
Leave the number crunching for work and payday .
.

How about just letting people live and ride how they want to and stop being such a judgmental tw*t? 😀

I could.
But where's the fun in that ?
Wink
Anyway,I'm too busy riding my bike to give a sh*t about how many miles, time or how high I have went.
I usually just say "f*ck me ,that's a big hill" .
Even better when you don't count calories either
Cool
