Hi guys, new to the forum and fairly new to the MTB'ing world, been out a couple times got to say I love it! Completely different to what I'm used to.

Just after some advice on things.. what's the essentials you would take on a trail ride?

Also the difference between hardtail and full sus, apart from the obvious it's got rear suspension, what are the other main differences? I ride a 2018 whyte 905 and I'm thinking of doing a week or so in fort William, Scotland on those trails..

Any advice to a beginner would be awesome!!
Thank guys

Tommy

Fort bill red giant is awesome, just be careful it's a hard red more like a black.Try Laggan Wolftrax trail centre,it's about 30mins up the road from Fort bill but well worth the trip.

Essentials,pump,tube,multi tool,tyre levers,spare derailleur hanger,puncture outfit,brake pads

Nice bike the 905,should b able to ride most things on it,just let the brakes go and hang on for dear life Wink
