Looks nice, shame the weather has gone a bit pants here in Wales, rain and strong winds again, got 2 weeks off and supposed to be biking/camping next week but I'm a fair weather camper so might wait and see what the forecast says first Wink

Thought I was seeing things there, for a moment!

That track looks identical to the one halfway down Penhill, in the Dales - err, except there isn't a stone wall, a bunch of small trees, a cultivated field, or a very strange object up in the sky casting bike shadows. (At least, I've never observed it!)

But then all 'getting back down' steep narrow tracks seem the same to me when squinting through steamed up specs in a lashing rain storm, with bloody stupid sheep standing looking gormless, around the next sharp bend!

Although someone told me some time ago it will soon be summer. (Nice to know, he's a liar!! I'll never buy any bike bits off him!)

Cheers fellas Wink

Its a brutal climb (to me Embarassed ) and I don't think I will ever clean it to be honest, and that's not being defeatist .. just realistic at my age, but more importantly, too little time being spent in the saddle Confused

though it is beautiful up there, and the decent is class Cool ... went the fastest I think I've ever gone down this time, not least due to the confidence the new brakes gave me Surprised Twisted Evil shame the land owner had put the cattle in the lower part between me getting up there and back! .. great big bulls stood in the track staring at me Shocked Confused

View in tother direction Cool
