Jake Ireland runs 'Sprung Suspension'. He is based in a portacabin by the bike hire. Not only is he one of the most experienced shock techs in Britain, he's been part of many pro race teams and is one of the only Ohlins shock techs.

I really can't recommend this guy enough.

Bought an Intense Tracer and took it to him. Spent £70 for nearly 2hrs of shock set up, riding the trails and general advice.

Best money I've spent as the bike runs like a dream now.

Too late for this time, it's already back on the bike Cool
