I have a pink pass to go off on my lonesome for the Easter break next year and I'm looking for ideas.

Somewhere warm and dry preferably, but not too hot, with Enduro type riding. Hopefully with an uplift...

Mainland Spain or the Canaries are the obvious choices, does anyone have any experience out there?

Lagos, Portugal run by Jim Carroll (former U.K. racer)

http://www.themountainbikeadventure.com/

I was very close to booking here until I had a big otb and bashed myself up a short while before my planned trip. Did lots of research....all good. YouTube has plenty of clips all good stuff.

Also,
Chainguide, Alcudia, Majorca Run by Guy Shemesh (Israeli with perfect English)
Had an excellent couple of days last month with him, using his bike (Radon Swoop 170mm) and the whole group - 2x (UK), 1 Norwegian & 2 Swedes were all massively impressed with the bikes. I think one guy bought one.

YouTube shows his own shop (that he used to have !) but now run out of Niu Wave bike shop.....so don’t ask you Hotel shuttle to drop you to the old Chainguide shop location.....nothing there πŸ˜«πŸ˜‚. No uplifts on our days.

Have fun πŸ‘πŸ»
Andy
