I know that route really well. Look forward to it.

How come I have to do an 18 mile warm-up before we start and an 18-mile cool-down to get home? I'm an old fella you know

Great, it'll be good to see you on a road ride John. Shame you couldn't have made our Lion Inn ride last Sunday, you would have really enjoyed it Wink

I can tell you are keen Grant.

When you do your shorter rides you should really try to go as fast as you can and then the longer rides at a slower pace will seem so much easier. You are already pretty fit but the more you get out you'll notice a massive difference even in a couple of weeks

I might be able to make this one if you don't mind another one tagging along?
I'll have to play dodgems through the High Street coming from Stockton though Rolling Eyes

I've not been riding as regular as I'd like over the last month or so but have been out a couple of times this week on the mtb for 32 mile and one 23 mile blast on the road bike to blow the cobwebs off and get my spin going again. I need to get some more miles in though as I'm on holiday at Mabie a week tomorrow...
