Great ride last night, cheers lads.

Weather was spot on, and the route had a nice selection of moderate hills just enough to make you want to get out of the saddle and really honk a big gear up them.

Pleased with the pace we did as well, Grant really put a good effort in, will have to be nominated for the Forum's "Most Improving Rider Award" Wink

I measured that route as 28.6 mile, and by the time I got home had put in 40 mile, hard to believe as the time, as usual on these road rides, absolutely flew by. Was also surprised at how traffic free the route was as I ride this area regualarly during the day and it seems a bit "busier" Confused

It was a great ride and Grant did extremely well as we weren't hanging about. Route was fantastic so cheers Gunner. By the time I got back I'd done 62 miles and my average speed was 18.3mph. I think that counts as a good workout.

Looking forward to the Ryedale Rumble despite a back problem
