Just thought I'd post up a link to the map of the ride the four of us did on July 15th, in case anyone else fancied doing it at their own pace.

This is a really good training route, well worth trying out.

Good ride
a nice mixture of flat and a few small hills and 1 not so small.
some of the flat sections can ride pretty fast .
like gunner says
get out and ride it ...
