hi all

im goin to meet up with dale in a couple of weeks and go riding round guissy woods.

ive never road there before and am wondering...

do yous think i should put on my flat pedals or use my spd's.

baring in mind this is my first ride in the area and am still getting used to the sp's

Hmm depends where you go... spd's for most of it but if you end up going down the mental stuff I'd use flats.

I ride Guizzy woods and I have SPD's but I can clip out and use em as flattys too!

am used to them now...

me and eli d made a little skills course on this little bank with trees dotted around it. we made a course we had to go around and timed a lap to see who got the fastest and try to get our times down. was surprisingly fun for the size of it and was realy good to get used crashing with spd's on Wink

we'll post a vidoe of it on wednesday

so watch out Wink
