Marty, I would say we would be back at the station at around 8 30pm., depending on conditions.

Not wanting to put you off riding with us, Marty but to acvieve this time, and we'll have to roughly as the nights are drawing in, and I'll still have another 10 mile to ride home, our relaxed pace will be a bit quicker than what you may think.

Plus, I'm afraid that we'll have a big mechanical advantage over your mtb and slicks in that we'll all be riding road bikes with bigger gearing and 700c wheels. I'm pretty sure that you know that means we'll all be putting a lot less into riding the same distance as you, I do believe 2 hours for you is a bit steep for your first ride with us.

I'm hoping to plan some Sunday morning rides on here shortly as the nights draw in and the weather gets cooler, which initially will be shorter to start with why not keep your eyes open and get along to one of them, you may have your road bike by then Wink

SORRY, BUT I'M OUT OF TONIGHTS RIDE.

THE AMOUNT OF RAIN COMING DOWN HERE AT THE MOMENT IS PHENOMENAL AND FURTHER HEAVY SHOWERS ARE PREDICTED RIGHT THROUGH THE NIGHT.

I will leave the topic still open in case anyone still wants to turn up if the weather picks up, but I'm afraid I can't see it. Hopefully, next week will be dry so we can get out, though it will be slightly shorter route as the evenings are starting to draw in quite a bit. Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes
