anyone recommend a good protein powder for after training, at the moment using good old fashioned skimmed milk, training 5 times a week with 1 spin 2 gym and 2 rides off 30 miles +.

Nutrisport 90+ can buy it in bulk 5kg for around £45.

yes there are better out there but they also cost way way more expensive
Nutrisport has been round for years and hasn't change its formula so its doing something right.
