Nip to your local garage and ask the guys in the workshop what the phone number is for their tool supplier, some of these guys are van based, go for a company such as Snap-on, Mac or Facum etc ...

Any idea what the bike is? and any names on the front forks as it could be that the forks are air type and are completely flat, on the otherhand the rear shock could be over inflated for his weight.
