I am 183cm and ride 58cm frame road bikes. I would be okay riding a 56cm but just feel more comfortable with the space a 58cm offers me. No way could I go down to a 52cm or a 50cm.

Don't know about that particular model, but a few years ago when I was having a look at Norco's I found them to seem quite heavy and was put off immediately.

I had a quick run out on the Cannondale Synapse Disc, just had the Avid disc brakes replaced with Shimano ones and what a ruddy difference, much, much better.
