Hi,

I might be dashing off on holiday in the next 48 hours and fancied going on a cycling trip when I'm there, maybe there for 7 days and fancied 2 or 3 days cycling.

I use a Topeak tribag and preload my route in then use OsmAnd to follow the route. It gives audible directions with my headphones plugged in.

Buy some gel hand mitts and try not to carry weight on your back, carry it on the frame of the bike.

Anyone tried a vegan diet to get lean? Eats as many carbs as you like but cut out the meats to remove animal fats.

I'm tempted to give it a go but I'm addicted to pasties and sausages plus it's BB ...
