I didn't do as much the picture but I think there really crap pads as well but I'm going to give it a go and sand a bigger chamfer on them

That's one thing I'm not short off sand paper I'm a furniture manufacturer so got loads of that I'll give it all a go at once hopefully I will have great breaks again very soon

Face scrub ( washing up liquid )
Boiling water to open the paws
Do the business
Then cold water to close the paws

Thanks it all helps I had no front brake at all so I took it into my lbs and they sorted it but for me there is well to much travel so I'm not happy with them so I thought I'd have a go myself

Thanks for the reply n that leads me on to my next question I think my LBS put cheap pads in and didn't bleed my brakes very well
should my leaver be about 10 mm away from my grips when braking hard ...
