I thought MTBing was the best way to get fit Wink??

a lad at work has tried it and he said it was rock. His mate that does it says it helped loads. Just depends how much motivation you've got

Its all about the core pal.keep your core tight all the time.ive done the first week anwent and played five a side on friday and i could feel how much it had worked already.its a ten disc set workout, but you could just pick and choose what discs you wanted to do to get what you want weathe it a sixpack or just cardio.its good stuff,im not a fan of dvd workouts but this is quality.expensive tho, unless you can download it or get a copy.

I've just completed the second week of this and the difference is unreal. Lost some weight but the main advantage for me has been my strength. Went out at the weekend for a hard 25 miler (steep hills etc) after just been back into mtb for a couple of months and I slayed it where in the past I would have been pushing the bike up some of the hills.

I've tried this a few times, it friggin kills me!

You know it's bad when the "superfits" (the guys in the video) have to stop for a rest during the workout!

I've never managed more than 2 weeks as it knocks me for 6 and my body can't cope! I get further and further each time I try though so I will one day finish it Very Happy

If you're not used to that sort of exercise you'll ache for days! & will probably be nackerd after the just the warm up!

The pure cardio work out is quite good!
You'll notice a difference after 2 weeks when you blast up the hill that you used to have to push up!

Fook me I have just tried the first cardio disc . I only managed 30 mins. I have been to work and the gym for an hour also but that isn't really an excuse as the workout is a killer. It makes the spinning class I done on Monday seem not that bad . Just a question what does he mean when he keeps saying keep the core tight ? I can defo see this paying off big time fitness wise if I can stick at it and that's a big if lol.

Keeping your core tight is tensing your abs and back as you are doing it.

I've just started the Insanity Workout, very surprised with my Day 1 results and can't wiat to get onto Day 2 tonight.

I'm a fat sod but I do go to the gym 5 days a week and cycle as often as I can but I was struggling towards the end of Day 1 Fit Test.

i got it based on the fact that my mate has lost 2 stone doing it and he has never been to a gym in his life and I get married in July so need to do something aboout the excess weight I'm carrying.
