Is it just me or are these groupsets like gold dust?

CRC had them on for £565 which I think's a bargain but they're not to be seen anymore.

I think you go in auto-pilot mode sometimes and forget there are other places to buy other than CRC, I know I do. Same can also be said for actual bike shops compared to online, you can get surprising good deals from bike shops.

Ive done exactly that and ordered a sh*t load of stuff from CRC. No doubt the odd few items will be cheaper elsewhere.

Stu, that price doesn't include the chainring and only has a 175mm crank available which is not what I'm after. Not to worry though as CRC have been back in touch and will be sorting me out.

...mind you, I suppose the 5mm difference of the crank arm length won't make it much more noticeable IMO

I've got an App on my phone called GearCalculator. You can configure your setup including crank length and it will tell you the ratios etc. Crank length does gear it down a bit. I went for 170's to reduce pedal strikes and as I'm a short ar$e, but it will make it slightly tougher on the climbs.
