Tony said he'd seen you mate - I was round at the skills loop showing my 2nd eldest how to ride it - crashed at full speed into a ditch! (what a tw*t Embarassed Embarassed Shocked ). Still, Will had a laugh at his Dad's expense.

I'm riding on Wednesday night then it's curtains until 21st / 22nd (going to Italy Laughing ) Also getting my old beast powder coated while I'm away Shocked

Saw you're going tomorrow - my mate Rich can't ride till Wed, otherwise I'd have tagged along with you and Gunner (Rich is the big lad on the Cannondale)

Going for silver on the frame - Romax do alloy wheels so I figured they'd do a good job in silver Exclamation Also couldn't decide what else to do it in (Black makes it look like a Marin Mad )

Should have joined you with the trailblazers lot - couple of noce birds I thought Twisted Evil

Cool, not bothering with a new bike then? Starting to think about getting some pads, getting nervous of rocks which is slowing me down

Still might get a new bike, but can't decide what to get - I thought this would help me sell the Whyte if and when the time comes Crying or Very sad ('er indoors thinks I won't want a new bike if I get mine painted Shocked )

Get pads - saved my knees when I was flying into that ditch yesterday. I wear elbow pads too - amazing how long it takes for a smacked elbow to recover....

I was thinking about using just knee pads for the summer - full pads get a bit hot

apparently 661 have just launched some soft pads that harden on impact, going to research them.

Get a 575 you can build it as heavy or light as you want/need!!
