Aye oop!

In conjunction with SCG (Stockton Cycle group) there is a road ride going down on Thursday. Haven't got a clue on mileage but I do know if you want to tag along to be at Yarm station for 1800.

I also know it's going through Girsby, Middleton one row, Aislaby.....I've been on a few rides with these guys and they're a good bunch....if there's a few of us on the ride we tend to have a go at sprinting off and trying to catch each other, which normally means someone bombs off and I think "I'm not having that!!"....I'm very competitive Razz or a couple of us have a sprint race....the usual stuff!

It's all good fun and it normally ends with me sounding like a steam train!!!! although my fitness is getting better!

If anyone's interested in joining SCG here's the link:-

They cater for all types of cyclist new to cycling or an elite rider. They do a lot of road rides but some off road too.

I'll assume about 20 - 30 miles as that's the norm for SCG road rides. Hope to see you there.

Gunner, if you want to make it worth going out I could come along and we could do extra.

Thanks for the offer Harry, that would have been great, but at the moment I'm still unsure if I'll even be able to make this ride as I'm just getting over my "dicky" stomach and just managed my first "real" food today for 3 days.

Not like me, I've normally got a iron constitution Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes
